Background information on the Joint Working Group


The Second Session of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping was held at the United Nations Office at Geneva, from 12 to 14 December 2005

Terms of reference

Terms of reference for the joint ILO/IMO/Basel Convention Working Group as approved by the seventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties. Five Parties were approved by the COP7 to represent the Basel Convention in the Joint Working Group
