Joint Information Kit

A joint information kit has recently been produced between the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions. The kit is composed of information leaflets (one about each Convention), a poster and a folder. Should you wish to receive the information kit, please contact the Secretariat of the Basel Convention (address mentioned below).

Information Leaflets
Training Resource Pack

The Training Resource Pack for hazardous waste management in developing countries is a set of training materials available in electronic files for individual use and further adaptation. It is intended to assist in giving conference or lecture presentations of key topics in hazardous wastes as well as providing guidance in the organization of training workshops of various sorts.

The Training Resource Pack is available in English and Spanish although, as their size is more than 150MB, we do not recommend downloading them over a low speed connection

Vital Waste Graphics

Vital Waste Graphics and Vital Waste Graphics II are publications initiated by the Basel Convention Secretariat and produced in partnership with the Division of Environmental Conventions (DEC) of UNEP, Grid-Arendal and the Division of Early Warning Assessment-Europe of UNEP
